I once believed beautiful spaces were about perfect styling and curated aesthetics. Then my own life unravelled, and I realised I’d been designing for the eyes while ignoring what the body actually needs. A magazine-worthy room means nothing if your nervous system is quietly asking you to leave.
The Foundation
My creative path has been wonderfully diverse, fashion, film, graphic design, and most recently, interior design. I learned the rules, knew how to make things look right. But returning to formal training showed me something unexpected. The industry still operates like a corporate machine: faster turnarounds, endless proving of worth through output. Something in me gently resisted. There had to be a more soulful way of bringing beauty into the world.
The Unravelling
The shift wasn’t dramatic. A slow realisation that crept in when my body was telling me something my mind hadn’t caught up to yet.
I was constantly trying to please those around me, conforming, dimming my own instincts. As a Projector energy type (though I didn’t know it yet), I could see inefficiencies, better ways forward, patterns others missed. I’d offer insights only to watch them be taken without acknowledgement.
Depletion became my teacher. And sometimes we outgrow the containers we’ve built for ourselves, not because they were wrong, but because we’ve expanded beyond them.
The Discovery
I started learning about the nervous system and how it responds to space, in a felt, embodied way. How certain rooms made my shoulders drop and my breath deepen. How clutter created static in my mind. How light and texture could shift my entire state. I began to trust what I had always sensed but never had language for: that spaces carry energy, and we feel it whether we are aware of it or not.
Then I discovered energy types through a system that reveals your unique blueprint, and something profound clicked into place. It explained what years of creative training never did: we each have unique energetic needs, and most of us are conditioned to operate like Generator types, designed for constant output. Push, produce, prove, rinse, repeat.
But I am a Projector type, here to see what others cannot, to recognise patterns and possibilities, to guide rather than force. Learning this felt like someone finally handed me the instruction manual I had been missing. Not as an excuse, but as an honest map of how I am wired.
I stopped fighting my need for spaciousness and stopped apologising for working differently. I created room to align my energy with what felt coherent, and in that alignment, I found my purpose: to help others design spaces that genuinely support their unique energetic blueprint.
I still care deeply about aesthetics. I am a designer, I love beautiful things, thoughtful composition, the way afternoon light catches a textured wall. But the shift is this: it is not about making spaces look expensive, it is about creating clarity, ease, a sense of coming home. I align colours and materials based on your energy type, your lifestyle, your actual personality, not what trend reports say you should want. Aesthetics in service of alignment. And when you get the alignment right, the aesthetics tend to sort themselves out naturally.
The Integration
Now I work differently: slowly, intentionally, with soul. I curate spaces that honour how people are actually wired, and I have learned to see the gap between what someone says they want and what their nervous system is genuinely asking for.
My FLOW practice emerged from this, less a method and more a state of being. Feel Your Energy, understand your unique design. Listen to Your Space, notice what is supporting you and what is quietly draining you. Orchestrate with Soul, align your environment with your energetic truth. Welcome Sanctuary, create a home that clears the noise and cultivates your frequency.
This is not about force. It is about natural, gentle guidance. Not styling for the social media feed, but sanctuary for the actual body you live in. At the heart of this work is honouring rhythms, particularly for women whose bodies move through natural phases that ask for different things at different times.
When your space functions as sanctuary, you can shake off the working day, clear the energies you have picked up from the outside world, and return to yourself. Which, honestly, is what most of us are craving anyway.
I am sharing this because I want to connect with others who understand that a space is not just about styling, it is about integrity. The way a building’s architectural design holds everything together. When your space has that kind of integrity, it supports you to show up with purpose, to come home to yourself.
This work is for you if you are ready to softly level up, wanting to create a new way of being in your space and in your life. Open to suggestion, ready to be inspired, choosing alignment over force.
The world is moving through shifting territories right now. In times like these, feeling comfortable, grounded, and safe in our own spaces matters more than we often admit. I am talking about spaces made for you, the actual human who lives, works, creates, rests, and dreams within those four walls.
I curate spaces for the human in you, and beauty follows naturally.
If you are ready, I am here.
Back to Sanctuary
When a butterfly takes flight, exploring the world in all its vibrant chaos, where does it ultimately return? Back to its sanctuary, back to the place where it can rest, integrate, and prepare for the next beautiful unfolding.
That is what I am here to help you create: a true sanctuary, a place that knows you, holds you, and welcomes you home.
